The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz

A beautifully written book using ancient Toltec wisdom to outline a code of conduct around limiting beliefs and suffering.

*This is a book that try to read yearly. 

Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Tawwab

Written by Instagram sensation, Nedra Tawwab, this book explains the “what, why, and how” of boundary setting and puts you on a course to feeling “confident, empowered, and prepared”.

Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents by Lindsay C Gibson

This book provides support to those who grew up with emotionally immature, unavailable, or selfish parents and are experiencing the lasting impact in adulthood.  This book will help to identify the four types of difficult parents and guide you in “discovering your true nature” while learning how to create positive new relationships.

Waking the Tiger by Peter Levine

This book explores the somatic experiencing approach to psychological trauma.  It is an education in how trauma gets caught in the body and gives practical ways to move stuck memories through the body.

Getting Past Your Past by Francine Shapiro

This book helps to explain EMDR (eye movement therapy) as a tool to treat PTSD and other conditions that often leave you feeling stuck.  It opens the door to the science behind this intervention for greater understanding, as well as provides some practical tools you can use at home to shift beliefs and create change.
